Tal has exclusively licensed Low Field Magnetic Stimulation (LFMS), a technology pioneered at McLean Hospital. Tal Medical is initially focusing on the development of LFMS for the treatment of major depressive disorder and bipolar depression. Both indications represent large unmet clinical needs in which the current standard of care has limited efficacy and treatment limiting side effects.
