Biocurex, Inc. is a development-stage company. The Company is focusing on developing and commercializing products for the early detection, diagnosis and monitoring the recurrence of cancer. The Company has developed a blood test that can detect the presence of cancer in humans and animals using a cancer marker named RECAF. The Company developed and own, royalty-free, the technology related to the RECAF marker. RECAF is a molecule found on cancer cells, including breast, colon, prostate and lung cancers, but not on normal cells. RECAF can be used in blood tests to determine if a patient has cancer. The Company has developed prototype RECAF test kits and materials for small laboratories. Biocurex China Co., Ltd. is the Company's subsidiary.
